The GTA mapping community has published its most complete projection of Leonida yet, and the headline number is striking: a playable area roughly three times the size of GTA V's — and that's before counting the archipelago of the Leonida Keys.
The projection stitches together every confirmed road sign, coastline shot and skyline angle from both trailers, cross-referenced against real Florida geography. Vice City itself occupies the eastern seaboard, with Grassrivers (the Everglades analogue) filling the interior and Mount Kalaga anchoring the north.
A Word Of Caution
Community projections have historically overshot: GTA V's pre-launch estimates ran nearly 40% large. Water accounts for a large share of the projected area, and traversable ocean is cheaper to build than dense city. Even the conservative floor, however, would make Leonida the largest world Rockstar has ever shipped.
